Who is Rapid Relay?

• We are a linehaul system facilitator that coordinates and combines the synergy of our Dealers with our Carrier Members (Carriers, Private Fleets and Logistics Providers) into a linehaul network. This network is now being developed throughout North America.

What does Rapid Relay do?

• Rapid Relay Linehaul provides a totally unique linehaul system which is differentiated by utilizing a monitored process using a series of relays to move our Carrier Members Trailers over long distances.

Who provides the trailers?

• Our Carrier Members provide the Trailers and Loads. Rapid Relay provides the Power, Drivers and the Monitored Relay System.

Why can’t we do this ourselves, we do switches now?

• Yes, you like most Carriers or Private Fleets today are doing switches now, using the conventional Switch Method of picking a spot en route and who ever gets there first waits, or you may run terminal to terminal if you have terminals in all the locations that you need to service.
• Unless you had a large volume of steady freight moving on a particular corridor you would find that it would not be feasible for you to setup the infrastructure required to duplicate the Rapid system to get the same results.

What would I do with my existing tractors and drivers if we converted over to using Rapid Relay?

• That is a good question, because when you take on Rapid Relay you are adding capacity.
• One option is to utilize some of your Tractors and Drivers to do the first and or last leg of a route.
• Another option is to place your longhaul Drivers or Owner Operators at strategic locations across the country and feed loaded trailers to them using Rapid Relay Linehaul. Then rotate them on a weekly or bi weekly basis and thus utilizing them locally or regionally when at home. This would also help you retain Drivers/Owner Operators.
  

Can I book a Trailer on Rapid Relay Linehaul without being a Rapid Relay Carrier Member?

• NO. (Membership has its Privileges and Advantages)
